Purposes of Practicum       Purposes of practicum are we can learn how to be a good teacher,  I can train my teaching skill and improved my English skill. Procedures of Practicum Before I start the practicum a have to know what a subject and topic of my lesson. After that I make a lesson plan. Then, my lesson plan will be checked by my supervising instructor. They will give some correction on my lesson pan, and they give me some advice to make my lesson became good. Next, I revice the lesson plan to be the corect one. After that, I make my instructional material for my lesson, because in elementary school rarely use projector. I must make the instructional material by my self and using my creativity. If I finished make my instructional material, I keep trying to teach in front of my friends at dorm. Procedures of Teaching In the beginning, I will aks pupils to do singing or doing a clap for make them enjoy in the learning, and then I will review the lesson to make sure pupils understanding their lesson on last meeting . After that, I will give some motivation to pupils, like give them pictures or something interesting to make pupils curiously. And after that , I will do question-answering until pupils understand and they can guess topic of lesson. The pupils will not immediately be able to guess the topic of learning, so teacher should be repeat the questions, but the questions i t should be from the others objects. Then I will ask to pupils to give some others example, if their can give others example it indicates that they have begun to understand. In the learning I will give a reward to them “very good” accourding to the situation. In the end of lesson, I give a worksheet as an evaluation. Planning For Teaching The teacher before teaching in her class. She is arrange the lesson plan. What are the activities in the class as long as her teach. Preparing Lessons and Materials Teachers always preparing lesson before their teaching like preparing lesson plan, preparing materials, making materials, so when teacher teaching step by step is complete. Teacher use media learning like chart, pictures, video and that’s all is helpfull in learning. Teaching i n C lass In preparation step, teacher will ask pupils to singing or give them motivation, and after that teacher will explain and discuss about the previous lesson. Ask students about previous lesson, to check student understanding. Quick recap of past topics before start main activities. In presentation step, teacher will give pupils pictures and ask to pupils. Curriculum On the teaching plan here in the Philippines is quite different. They don’t have this core standard and are instantly broken down into specific learning objectives. And it's all based on their curriculum guide. Their teaching plan provides detailed learning resources, varied learning activities, and learning assessments. I have observed that the procedure or flow of the lesson are student-centered, while their assessments are performance based which asessed by rubrics or mechanical ratings. Teaching Plan

Teaching Methods The methods in elementary school based on questions, the teachers always ask to the pupils related to the subject that they have discussed. The questions also usually connected with the environment that they know. To make the pupils focus and easier for them to understand, the teachers usually repeat their questions and summarize their meaning. Beside that, the teachers always say “very good” to the pupils if they have a correct answer to give reward for the students. From the questions also, the pupils can conclude about the lesson that they get in the classroom by their own understanding. The teachers use inquiry learning method. School: General Information and Academic Administration School Profil 1.      Location The school is located  at z one VI, Poblacion, Bayambang, Pangasinan ,  telephone number: 592-2704, 592-2207 ,  website: http://www.psubc.edu.ph/cms/ ;  The school is  under  the College of Teacher Education; serves as training ground for future HS Teachers in Pangasinan State University. 2.      History and Background The PSU Bayambang Campus had a very humble beginning. It started as the Bayambang Normal School in 1922. It offered then the secondary normal course which prepared much needed teachers for the country. The school closed in 1935 due to inadequate funds but re-opened in 1948 under a new name – the Pangasinan Normal School (PNS), which offered the two – year teacher education program. It was one among the first normal schools in the Philippines. It was in 1952 that the college offered the four – year degree in teacher education for elementary teachers by virtue of RA No. 975.

Hello, my full name is Inna Putrisakinah, you can call me Inna.  I was born on October 26, 1997 at Tarakan city, North Borneo, Indonesia.  Now I'm 20 years old, almost 21 years old.  I live in Sawah Lunto Ladang street, Number 8 Pamusian, Tarakan city, North Borneo Province, Indonesia.  I'm a third years student at University of Borneo Tarakan (UBT).  And i'm a Muslim woman. This is me I have 2 sisters, 1 younger sister and 1 older sister.  For now, i live with my mother and my younger sister because my older sister studying in  Makassar city, Indonesia and my father passed away on April 21, 2016. They are my mom and my daddy I was chosen to join this project, and i'm assigned in Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus in Philippines.  There are 6 representatives from University of Borneo Tarakan, 5 students assigned in Philippines and 1 student assigned in Thailand.
