Purposes of Practicum
      Purposes of practicum are we can learn how to be a good teacher, I can train my teaching skill and improved my English skill.

Procedures of Practicum
Before I start the practicum a have to know what a subject and topic of my lesson. After that I make a lesson plan. Then, my lesson plan will be checked by my supervising instructor. They will give some correction on my lesson pan, and they give me some advice to make my lesson became good. Next, I revice the lesson plan to be the corect one. After that, I make my instructional material for my lesson, because in elementary school rarely use projector. I must make the instructional material by my self and using my creativity. If I finished make my instructional material, I keep trying to teach in front of my friends at dorm. Then I will teaching in the cas, after I finished my the teaching, my supervisor instructor will give me some evaluation and give me some suggestion. The reason why my supervisor instructor give me a evaluation is for make me to be a good teacher.

Outcomes of Practicum
When I teaching in the class my lesson doing great. Thera are no big problem, and I teach based on the lesson plan that I made before.

Overall Impression
The conclusion of my teaching practice is I enjoyed the teaching practicum. My lesson was same as my plans. I hope they are the pupils will understand what I teach to them. And I hope I can take a good thing from this practicum.

Suggestions for Future Improve
    Hold the picture properly and print it in concrete material, use words of praise if the pupils answered your questions and give more board work activities to maximize alloted time of teaching.

It started as the Bayambang Normal School in 1922. It offered then the secondary normal course which prepared much needed teachers for the country. The school closed in 1935 due to inadequate funds but re-opened in 1948 under a new name – the Pangasinan Normal School (PNS), which offered the two – year teacher education program. It was one among the first normal schools in the Philippines. It was in 1952 that the college offered the four – year degree in teacher education for elementary teachers by virtue of RA No. 975.

Curriculum On the teaching plan here in the Philippines is quite different. They don’t have this core standard and are instantly broken down into specific learning objectives. And it's all based on their curriculum guide. Their teaching plan provides detailed learning resources, varied learning activities, and learning assessments. I have observed that the procedure or flow of the lesson are student-centered, while their assessments are performance based which asessed by rubrics or mechanical ratings. Teaching Plan

Hello, my full name is Inna Putrisakinah, you can call me Inna.  I was born on October 26, 1997 at Tarakan city, North Borneo, Indonesia.  Now I'm 20 years old, almost 21 years old.  I live in Sawah Lunto Ladang street, Number 8 Pamusian, Tarakan city, North Borneo Province, Indonesia.  I'm a third years student at University of Borneo Tarakan (UBT).  And i'm a Muslim woman. This is me I have 2 sisters, 1 younger sister and 1 older sister.  For now, i live with my mother and my younger sister because my older sister studying in  Makassar city, Indonesia and my father passed away on April 21, 2016. They are my mom and my daddy I was chosen to join this project, and i'm assigned in Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus in Philippines.  There are 6 representatives from University of Borneo Tarakan, 5 students assigned in Philippines and 1 student assigned in Thailand.
